Our courses cover essential areas such as English language skills, basic accounting, soft skills, interview preparation, IT, mentoring, and coaching. With the guidance of experienced teachers and support staff, participants receive the educational tools needed to grow personally and professionally.

Who we are

We are an independent Community Interest Company (CIC) working with employers, education, and government bodies. As a proud member of the skills community, Skills To Up-skill supports young people across Wales through competitions-based training and assessment. Participants test their skills, with top performers competing in the biennial 'Skills Olympics' to achieve world-class standards. We aim to equip young individuals with the knowledge and expertise they need to excel, fostering the next generation of skilled professionals while contributing to broader economic and social development.
Our Mission
We are an organisation that is passionate about making a difference to parents and children in our communities. to provide benefit to individuals and families living in the Cardiff and Vale area. This will enable parents and child \ children to achieve their full potential and set a better foundation for their academic studies.
